Facilities

Guests are very welcome to arrive early & leave their cars in our car park while exploring Weymouth on their day of arrival and likewise they may leave their cars all day on their day of departure. Rooms wil normally  be ready from 4pm onwards.

Guests arriving by train or bus are also welcome to leave their luggage with us upon arrival in Weymouth and again on their day of departure. We can also accommodate bikes and mobility scooters in our lock up garage where they can be electrically recharged overnight if necessary.

To reduce gas consumption about ten years ago we installed four arrays of evacuated solar tubes on our roof to heat our water and when there is a surplus of heat then this is also fed into heated towels rails and the central heating system.

In April 2011 with the aid of GR Edwardes Ltd. of Bridport we completed the installation of a further eight photovoltaic panels which form a small 1.48kw system on our roof to generate a portion of our own electricity and to feed back to the National Grid.
