Our terms and conditions are relatively straightforward: we do not accept stag or hen parties,we are totally non smoking, and we do not accept pets. Guests are requested to observe whatever current guidelines are in force from the Government at all times. Obviously we cannot predict what Covid guidelines will be in force during the summer but we will not enter guest rooms after their arrival. Guests will be able to ask for extra supplies of tea/coffee/milk/towels etc at breakfast time if they need any.
